Within a day, your idea becomes a URL you can click.
Not a document, not a mockup — a system running at a real address that you can open and use yourself. You decide whether to continue after seeing it, so rework happens on day one instead of month three.
Describe the problem — you do not need a technical spec first.
These numbers are counted live on our own infrastructure every 10 minutes, not typed in by hand.
Six kinds of things, all already running in production
We do not sell staff-hours. We build systems that can be finished, run on their own, and be taken over by your people.
Internal business systems
Projects and documents, approvals and routing, scheduling, attendance, training and assessment, management dashboards. Multi-role permissions and visibility are enforced server-side.
Data & report delivery sites
Results delivered as a live site rather than a PDF: layered access so the client, outside experts and your own team each see their own layer. Experts annotate inline and the comments feed the next round.
AI automation
Documents, recordings, chat logs and spreadsheets in — structured output out: transcription and minutes, archiving and retrieval, bulk content production, rule-based processing pipelines.
Research & intelligence
Large numbers of retrieval agents run in parallel; every claim then goes to an independent verifier whose default position is to refute it. What fails is not published. The output traces back to source, line by line.
Public sites & marketing assets
Websites, landing and sign-up pages, print-ready posters and brochures — typography, font licensing, bleed and ink coverage handled to real print standards.
Integration & platforms
WeCom and Feishu integration, single sign-on, multi-tenancy and seats, third-party APIs — and consolidating systems you already have into one reusable platform.
Four things we do differently
AI made the first version extremely cheap. That only matters if a wrong first version cannot quietly ship — so we spend everything we save on verification.
Align on a prototype you can click, not on a spec
Usually within half a day to a day of the first conversation there is a prototype at a real address. The discussion shifts from what you imagined to what you can see, and rework moves to the front.
Every conclusion goes through adversarial verification
Retrieval agents run in parallel; each claim is then handed to an independent verifier whose default position is to refute it. Claims that fail are not written down — and what was refuted is archived so it cannot creep back in later.
The deliverable is a live site, not a PDF
What we hand over is already deployed: an address, permissions, and the ability to change it at any time. No hunting for the latest version in an email thread.
Say it on the page, and the source changes
You write "change this" directly on the page. The change is made in an isolated environment, self-checked and released; if the check fails it rolls back automatically. No manual handoff in between.
Better to click than to read about it
Publicly accessible, real. Anything client-related is stripped: no names, no identifiers, no data — what is shown is the method and the engineering.
AI systems galaxy
Six finished systems you can open and try right now: poster production, floor-plan generation, short video, group-buy platform, article interpretation, music generation.
Three shapes
Priced by deliverable, not by day rate.
Prototype sprint
- One conversation to establish what problem is being solved
- A clickable prototype at a real address the same or next day
- Decide whether to continue after seeing it
System delivery
- Fixed price quoted after the prototype, priced by deliverable
- Done means live: domain, certificate, permissions and backups all handled
- Source and data end up somewhere you can reach them
Ongoing hosting
- It stays up and someone watches it: monitoring, backups, recovery
- Continuous small changes — raised on the page, released automatically
- Cancel any time, no annual lock-in
What you are probably wondering
Can you really produce something in a day?
Yes, provided day one is spent on what problem needs solving rather than what technology to use. The day-one output is a clickable prototype: narrow in features but complete end to end. Breadth comes in the following weeks.
I am not technical — can I describe what I need?
You do not have to. Describe how it works today and where it breaks down. The prototype asks the rest of the questions for you: once you can see something, you know what is wrong with it.
Who owns the data and the source code?
You do. On delivery both end up somewhere you can reach — we do not build black boxes only we can maintain.
What if nobody maintains it afterwards?
Two options: hand it to your own people, with deployment and operations documented in one pass; or take monthly hosting, cancellable at any time.
Will my material be used for training, or shown to others?
No. Project material is used only for that project. Anything public is stripped of names, identifiers and data.
Can you sign a contract and issue invoices?
Yes — the contracting entity is confirmed during the conversation.
Tell us what you are trying to solve
No technical spec needed. Describe how it works today and where it breaks — you will usually see a first version within a day.
